Job Description
Provide & handle administrative support to the HR department.
Employees’ personal data files up keeping
Courses registration & pass applications and update record accordingly
Assist in Payroll & claim preparation
Manage daily administration, documentation, and coordination.
Liaise with external parties such as consumers, contractors and supplier
Job Requirements
Able to speak Chinese and English
At least 2 – 3 years of experience in HR-related field & office administration or a similar role.
Good organization and planning skills
Positive work attitude and display initiative in problem-solving
Able to work independently and multi-task efficiently
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
