About the Client:

Responsibilities:
- A production support analyst or engineer is responsible for monitoring the production environments, servers, scheduled jobs, incident management and receiving incidents and requests from end-users.
- Analyzing these and either responding to the end user with a solution or escalating it to other IT teams.
Skills/Requirement:
- Good working experience with Java Production support and Unix Shell scripting with Basic SQL understanding.
- Experience in Production Support.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience working with Jira.
- Ability to interact with operations, developers and managers seamlessly, get on to recovery calls with the concerned stakeholders and provide workarounds to blocking issues seamlessly with a quick turnaround time. Should also be able to (work with other teams to) put permanent fixes in place for such issues in the upcoming release.
- Good to have exposure into Devops Tools.
