Responsibilities
- Site planning, preparation and co-ordination on progress and schedule for timely completion.
- Coordinate, liaise and manage various project stakeholders to achieve project milestones, deliverables and schedule monitoring.
- Manage, control and monitor all project activities during design phase, site execution phase, testing & commissioning phase.
- Prepare and create detail work schedule, manpower and resource planning.
- Coordinate the safety management system on site.
- Follow up and reporting on the project progress.
- Prepare project documents for submission, Eg Technical submittal for design approval, MS/SWP, Operation and Maintenance Manual, Incident Report with solutions, etc.
- All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Familiar with semiconductor industry
- QA/QC background will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, Powerpoint
- Familiar with AutoCAD
- Fresh graduate is also welcomed
- Independent, problem solving, multi-tasking team player with good social and communication
