DESCRIPTION :
* Accounts payables
* Accounts receivables
* General ledger
* Maintain fixed assets register
* Bank reconciliation
* Handle petty cash
* Preparing invoices and quotations
* Prepare quarterly GST submission
* Prepare monthly staff payroll include processing staffs' expenses claims
* Prepare monthly CPF submission
* Prepare monthly OED submission
* Prepare yearly closing of accounts for audit / tax purposes
* Prepare yearly IR8A and AIS submission
* Liaise with auditor / company secretary for accounts or other corporate matters
* Apply and renew work permits
* Welcoming and serving guests drinks
* Running bank errands
* Real estate matters
* Liasing with authorities, apply For gradings, licences and grants
* Correspondences, assist to response to customers' emails.
* Filing and other general admin duties
REQUIREMENTS :
@ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
@ Knowledge in MYOB and Financiao Payroll will be an advantage
@ O / A / Nitec / LCCI / Diploma Holder
@ Working 3 days a week
@ Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience
@ Singaporeans and PRs (No quota for foreigners)
