Retail Sales Promoter (Full Time)

Job Descriptions:

• Driving sales to achieve monthly sales target
• Maintain high standard of housekeeping and counter maintenance
• Provide excellent customer service
• Follow up customer requests, orders, complaints, etc.
• Maintain accurate records of paperwork and inventory sheets
• Maintain inventory in saleable condition
• Perform month-end stock take
• Change of price tags for markdowns and special promotions
• Implement visual merchandising concepts
• Co-ordinate departmental store events
• Assist in training of new staff as required
• Assist to contribute ideas on sales and product related matters
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Good selling and customer service skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent, mature, hardworking and a good team player
• Good spoken English
• Minimum of 1-2 years of retail experience is preferred
• Minimum Secondary 2 level preferred
• Able to commit to weekends, public holidays and overtime as required
• Able to commit to 3 different day shifts as required
• Willing to report at different locations island-wide as required
