Admin Clerk

Cheun Guan Construction And Engineering Works Pte Ltd

Responsibilities

· Handle the Data Entry

· Handle administration duties

· Able to handle documentation updated in ISO audit and safety audit

· Help officer or manager to get things done

· Update GST report and analysis

· Handle site office administration , such as but not limited to maintenance of site office equipment

· And facilities for the continuous and uninterrupted operations while maintaining the office to be a

· Conducive working environment ,etc

· Manage and facilitate Project Staff and workers related matters , such as staff and workers’ attendance, accommodation/dormitory related issues, training, leave applications, workers’ payroll

· Handle the Project’s documents to/from internal and external parities

· Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

· Recordkeeping and File documents

· Customer Service - attend to incoming calls

· Scanning of documents

-Run errands as and when necessary

-Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements:-

· Willing to learn and comfortable to communicate with people

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Meticulous & attention to detail

· Flexibility and adaptability

· Able to complete given tasks in a timely manner

· Team player & trustworthy

· Positive working attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

· Comfortable with the use & exploring new technologies

· Proficient in MS Office Word , Excel, Powerpoint and Ms Project

· Working hours : 9:00am to 6.00pm (Mon & Wed) & 9.00am to 6pm (Fri).
