A. Operational Responsibilities
- Clinic Setup: Support the Operations Manager in setting up clinics and meeting MOH/HCSA compliance.
- Staff Qualifications: Ensure clinic staff certifications (SNB, BCLS, etc.) are up-to-date.
- Daily Operations: Oversee smooth clinic workflows, including patient registration, medication dispensing, and inventory.
- Team Management: Supervise staff to maintain a positive team environment.
- SOP Compliance: Help create and enforce SOPs and workflows, ensuring staff are well-trained.
- Incident Reporting: Manage incident reports and follow up on service recovery.
- Rosters: Manage schedules for clinic staff.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high service standards and encourage patient retention.
- Support Roles: Step into any clinic role as needed during high-demand times.
B. Clinical Responsibilities
- Training & Audits: Work with the Operations Manager to maintain clinical quality through training and audits.
- Mentorship: Supervise clinical staff on key procedures.
- Infection Control: Ensure infection control protocols are followed.
- Medication Management: Adhere to safe medicine handling and patient safety standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records for equipment, medications, and logs.
Requirement
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management (or a related field), providing both clinical and operational knowledge.
- Experience in a similar role is a must.
- Familiar with clinic set-up, operating systems, claims systems
- Qualified Nurse License under Singapore Nursing Board – with experience in
- training, clinical competency and audits is a bonus.
- Good communication & PR skills with customer-service qualities
- Able to work 5.5 days a week.
