Responsibilities
This is a fixed term contract (with an external employment agency) renewable on a yearly basis.
- Managing Learning & Development (L&D) programs as well as talent management activities including registration, administration and logistic/ venue arrangements
- Support ASIA flagship talent development programs including nominations, working with external partners etc.
- Work with global teams to support transversal topics related to TDI
- Coordination with regional Employee Resource Groups on DEI related topics
- Support the development of training materials
- Manage training communication plans
- Planning and scheduling trainings
- Processing L&D related invoices
- Complete special projects as assigned
Profile required
Academic Background and Certifications, Experience:
- Previous experience in Learning & Development is a plus, but not mandatory
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office (In particular, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Proactive and responsible personality, with strong attention to detail
- Team player with a keen learning attitude
- Able to act in a confidential manner when handling sensitive information.
