Job description:
- Dealing with full spectrum of human resources functions and managing administrative and operational aspects of the work environment
- Dealing with on/off boarding & recruitment/hiring processes
- Solving manpower issues & strategies to ensure cost-saving operations
- Conducting exit interviews for resigned employees to get information to improve retention rate
- Maintaining employee database, P-files and all HR related information & other administrative duties
- Requires Human resources related experience with good understanding of HR principles, practices and local labour legislation
