Project Coordinator (Claim)

Job duties:

  • Dealing with project management reports such as collection & billing reports & meeting minutes
  • Preparing claim including eligible claims, project contracts, and comprehensive claim documentation
  • Negotiating claim & engaging with all related stakeholders to resolve potential disputes
  • Settling claim to ensure proper documentation and tracking the payment process to make sure on the receipt of claim amounts
  • Reviewing certifications for all related stakeholders
  • Verifying, certificating, & tracking payment to ensure compliance, correct delivery of goods and right payment stages
  • BCA workhead related duties
  • Understanding AutoCAD drafting knowledge
