We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our The Centrepoint outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection, styling and inquiries.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing. Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
- Process sales transactions and handle cash accurately.
- Support in-store events, promotions, and product launches.
- Stay up-to-date with the brand’s new collections and best-sellers.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly.
- Help meet sales targets by promoting products and cross-selling.
- Process online order collections or after sales services.
- Provide feedback to management to improve customer experience and store performance.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Passionate about jewelry and fashion, with the ability to connect with customers and share product knowledge.
- Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and a variable schedule.
- Fluent in English.

Requirements (Part-Time):
