Are you a dynamic, sales-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Director / Senior Manager to join our team and help shape the company's success. This isn’t just a sales role—it’s an opportunity to drive growth, build valuable client relationships, and create market strategies that will expand our reach in Singapore. As the Business Development Director / Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills in business acumen and relationship management to increase sales, expand our client base, and support inbound sales efforts.


*Key Responsibilities:*

- Develop and execute strategies for market entry and expansion in Singapore.

- Drive sales growth through both outbound and inbound channels, creating and capitalizing on new business opportunities.

- Act as a trusted business advisor and relationship builder, supporting the long-term growth of customer and partner relationships.

- Innovate and think like a business owner to overcome challenges and seize market opportunities.

- Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and offer solutions that align with our value proposition.


*Ideal Candidate Profile:*

- A passionate and self-motivated individual with a proactive, "out of the box" approach to problem-solving.

- Sales-oriented and solution-focused with a hands-on approach to achieving and exceeding targets.

- Background in mechanical engineering or experience in the marine industry is advantageous but not essential.

- Willing to learn and adapt, with training provided on industry-specific knowledge and subject matter.


*Requirements:*

- Preferably experience in B2B sales within the flexible workspace or hospitality sectors.

- Proven experience as a relationship manager or consultant, with the ability to cultivate and grow long-term client partnerships.

- Skilled in solution selling, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Ability to quickly build rapport and trust with new clients, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
