Job description:
We are looking for a Finance Manager to develop and manage our New Business Unit for the Asia Pacific region established in Singapore.
He/She will be in charge of all financial and administrative aspects to support and sustain the development of the activities in the Region. He/She will also in charge of all financial reporting and communication with the Headquarters located in France.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all Financial and Legal Reports to be produced for the Business Unit and ensuring compliance with the Headquarters Regulations.
- Responsible for all Management/Business Reports and further presentation and reporting to the Headquarters.
- Responsible for the Cost Control for the Business Unit including management of overheads.
- Produce Monthly Cash Forecast at Business Unit Level and liaise with Headquarters for consolidation.
- In charge of relations with banks and financial institutions as required, and review all bank guarantees.
- Ensure proper deployment of IT systems in the Business Unit in compliance with Headquarters standards.
- Provide support to the Head of the Business Unit to develop the market in the APAC region.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance or related
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) in order to communicate daily with the Headquarters located in France
- Previous relevant experience in a French Company would be very appreciated and highly valuated
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in international Contracting Group(s) with experience in construction of major Infrastructure Projects
- Familiar with corporate requirements
- Ability to work with various softwares including office 365, PilotXS, powerforms, Power BI, Power query, Excel VBA and SAP.
