Job Title: Operations and Franchising Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Master Data & Inventory Management:
- New SKU creation in POS system
- Manage system inventory to ensure accuracy
- Perform stock transfer in system
Product Labeling
- Prepare product label content
- Liaise with procurement and printing company on printing of product label
Merchandising and product display
- Work with staff in store to ensure product are displayed in correctly and in a attractive manner
- Work with staff in store to ensure items on prime location shelves are regularly updated
- Work with staff in store to ensure new arrivals are displayed correctly and relevant posters are displayed properly
Marketing and Promotions:
- Planning of monthly promotion in store
- Preparation of artwork for promotions, events, and in-store displays
- Creating of system promotion setup and inform store
Franchising
- To work with franchisees to ensure promotions and SOH set by the parent company are followed correctly
Reporting
- Preparing of monthly sales report
Any other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field with minimum 2 years working experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
