Key Responsibilities:


Order Management:

• Process online orders, ensuring quality control, packing, and completion.
• Manage returns across e-commerce platforms.
• Arrange deliveries and pick-ups with third-party vendors.
• Monitor inventory levels to align with sales forecasts.
• Communicate with customers regarding returns and exchanges.


Customer Service:

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone.
• Address customer issues professionally and efficiently.


Administrative Support:

• Enter data accurately across various software platforms.
• Generate reports and analyze e-commerce performance metrics.
• Maintain thorough records of transactions and customer interactions.


Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with e-commerce platforms.
• Strong skills in communication, organization, and multitasking.
• Customer-oriented with a proactive, positive attitude.
