Roles & Responsibilities
· Manage and service a portfolio of clientele, develop and maintain long-term client relationships and identify business development opportunities
· Manage full aspects of audit engagements, from planning to finalisation
· Manage a team of audit professionals and assist the Audit Partner and Director in delivering assurance services to a portfolio of clients
· Perform review work of audit teams' findings
· Coach, mentor and build high performance teams
Requirements
· Degree or professional accounting qualifications recognised by ISCA
· Minimum 5 years' relevant work experience in a public accounting firm
· Possess strong technical (accounting/auditing standards), project management and time management skills
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Possess initiative and an analytical mind
· Ability to lead a team of like-minded professionals
