Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Glazing System Manufacturer
- Position Title: Project Executive (Construction)
- Working Location: North – Mandai (Nearest MRT: Kranji) – Requires taking a bus for a few stops
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri: 9 am – 5.30 pm, Sat: 9 am-1 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 2800 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project operations.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating project activities and resolving any issues that arise.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations, bids, and tenders for new projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the successful delivery of projects.

- Knowledge of quantity surveying is a plus
