- Position Title: Sales Support Coordinator
- Working Location: West – Tuas Link (Walking distance)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday: 8 am-5 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 3200 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Involve in the preparation of proposals, ensuring coordination and timely follow-ups on offers.
- Oversee and coordinate the timely and efficient fulfillment of orders, including the arrangement of delivery schedules.
- Accurately record all transactions and data entries in the system, and ensure proper filing of all related documents.
- Address customer queries and deliver comprehensive after-sales support.
- Aid in the collection of accounts receivables.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports as required.
- Continuously update product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Strive to meet and exceed individual and departmental KPIs.
