- Providing strategic HR consulting and advisory services to business leaders and managers
- Partnering with stakeholders to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities
- Developing and implementing HR policies, programmes and initiatives that align with the company's goals
- Driving employee engagement and retention efforts through performance management, learning and development
- Overseeing HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits
- Collaborating with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR business partner, consultant or generalist
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and support strategic business priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in HR data analysis and using insights to drive HR initiatives
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field
