Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Production
- Position Title: Logistics & Operations Officer/ Logistics Executive
- Working Location: Tuas (Nearest MRT: Gul Circle)
- Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon – Fri 8.30 am – 6 pm; Alternate Sat 8.30 am – 12 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with supplier and customer for order shipment
- Prepare documentation – issue DO, Service Reports, import/ export shipping documents, etc
- Oversee and check proper loading/ unloading of goods
- Liaise with freight forwarders, vendors, and customers for collection and delivery of goods in Singapore and overseas
- Tracking of shipments
- Ensure smooth execution of daily operational job orders and delivery arrangement
- Respond and resolve urgent customer demand in a timely manner
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor

- Minimum GCE “O” level with at least 2 years of related working experience in operations & logistics.
- Forklift license is preferred.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
