Industry – Structured Cabling / Electrical / ELV / BMS
Responsibilities:
1) Manage and grow key accounts.
2) Build and sustain strong, long-lasting client relationships with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
3) Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met.
4) Engage in regular communication with clients to anticipate future needs and identify new opportunities.
5) Provide technical support to clients by participating in solution development, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
6) Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve client issues and optimize product performance.
7) Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive long-term business growth.
Identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts and execute strategies to increase revenue.
8) Work closely with internal teams, including sales, technical, and customer service teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Job Requirement:
- Knowledge and experience in Structured Cabling/Electrical/ELV/BMS
