Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Trading (Telecommunications)
- Position Title: Inside Sales Coordinator
- Working Location: Bukit Merah
- Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon – Fri, 8.45 am – 6.00 pm; Alt Sat, 8.45 am – 1.15 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic up to $2,500 + Incentives + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Offer support before and after sales for products and solutions including network systems.
- Assist with product support and conduct initial system set-up for customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure network and technical needs are met.
- Instruct clients on how to use the products effectively.
- Take the initiative to manage additional duties which include occasional special projects.

- Minimum ITE/Diploma in a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
