- Manage Sales: Support sales activities for both businesses (B2B) and consumers (B2C).
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
- Track Sales: Monitor sales results and prepare reports to track progress.
- Know the Products: Learn all about our products and services to explain them to customers.
Ecommerce Responsibilities:
- Online Marketing: Plan and run online marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, social media, and email marketing.
- Create Content: Work with the team to create marketing materials, blog posts, and social media content.
- Boost Brand Awareness: Develop strategies to increase the company’s visibility in the market.
- Manage Campaigns: Plan and run marketing campaigns and measure their success.
- Website & Online Store: Update the company website and online store to improve user experience and increase sales.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in sales and marketing, preferably with both businesses (B2B) and consumers (B2C).
- Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to handle pressure.
- Creative, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
