Coordinator, Design

Job Description & Requirements

1. Prepares and modifies schematic, detailed and production drawings
2. Develops solutions to technical & design problems following Singapore’s established standards
3. Prepares 2D and 3D presentations / design drawings
4. Compiles data and performs elementary design computations
5. Required to participate in Client liaison, authority consultation, coordination withconsultants and subcontractors, and attending design and construction meetings
6. Any ad-hocs or tasks and duties as assigned by superior or management

Requirements:

1. To possess a Diploma/Bachelor degree in Architecture or equivalent
2. To have at least 5 years of related working experience in similar role
3. Proficient in designing Software (AutoCAD etc.)
