- Working Location: Boon Lay
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm; Saturday, 8.30 am – 1.30 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $3200 + AWS
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with customers to ensure all container specifications are accurate and adequately loaded onto the ship.
- Utilize PSA Portnet system to oversee and track vessel berthing schedules.
- Generate customer orders and enter them into the company's internal system.
- Handle and manage customer orders through the CTMS platform.
- Keep meticulous records of customer inventory and logistical activities within the CTMS database.
- Compile and maintain reports concerning inventory levels and status.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

- Minimum GCE ‘N/O’ Levels with 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Candidates with experience in PSA Portnet and CTMS will be advantageous
