- Position Title: HR cum Admin Officer / HR Administrator
- Working Location: Pasir Ris
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8 AM-5.45 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the complete payroll process for about 40 employees, including annual tax submissions and tax clearances for departing staff.
- Take charge of and submit required government-related documents and transactions, including work pass processes, labor surveys, foreign worker levy exemptions, and various licenses.
- Compile and prepare HR-related paperwork.
- Serve as point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
- Oversee the entire hiring process from advertising job openings to welcoming new employees.
- Handle the administration of insurance policies and process claims.
- Communicate with and manage vendors and tenants regarding office and building upkeep.
- Offer administrative support focused on staff welfare and workplace safety.
- Organize and coordinate travel plans for staff.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

- At least 2 years of experience in a HR role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Familiarity with Easypay or other payroll software is a plus.
