- Position Title: Production Head / Production Manager
- Working Location: Tuas
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.15 AM – 5 PM / 9.15 AM – 6 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $6,500 + AWS + Bonus + Flexible Benefits
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the safety, quality, and environmental and energy aspects of the production plant, managing and organizing production processes to ensure they operate efficiently.
- Ensure the department meets the standards required for management system certifications such as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, IATF 16949, etc.
- Prepare and update essential documentation, including Production Work Instructions, forms, Quality and Environmental Impact Assessments, and Risk Assessments.
- Assess training needs annually or as needed to ensure production staff are properly skilled.
- Address any issues promptly that arise from customer feedback, audits, or other stakeholder concerns.
- Review materials and processes regularly to seek improvements.
- Analyze production capacity and maintain detailed process records.
- Track and manage resources to cut costs and reduce waste of materials and energy.
- Step in to handle various tasks as needed to support other departments.
- Take part in interviewing and evaluating the performance of department staff.

- Possess a Diploma/Degree in a relevant discipline
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in a production/manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership and/or supervisory experience
- Effectively communicate information with courtesy and clarity to employees of the organization and occasionally, customers or clients.
