- Position Title: HR Executive
- Working Location: Jurong East
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.15 AM – 5 PM / 9.15 AM – 6 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,200 + AWS + Bonus + Flexible Benefits
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies, rules, and procedures.
- Handle all HR processes such as hiring, payroll, rewards, performance evaluation, and training.
- Maintain employee data within the Infotech system.
- Manage work permit applications in line with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) laws.
- Communicate with the union and address staff concerns.
- Produce reports on staffing and recruitment, along with other HR metrics.
- Oversee the department’s office and administrative tasks.
- Organize and manage purchasing and payment processing through SAP.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Diploma / Degree in HR, Business Management, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of HR experience or related
- Knowledge of payroll processes is preferred
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
