Key Responsibilities:
Associate is responsible for ensuring that the equipment functions correctly and accurately to meet the needs of our customers, the casinos that have installed our advanced technology products, and that they deliver value to them.
Its roles include below.
• Perform Maintenance Activities: Conduct routine maintenance for peripheral digital equipment
at client locations, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Diagnose and Repair Equipment: Identify and resolve issues with peripheral digital equipment
by performing diagnostic evaluations and executing necessary repairs.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and compile data from maintenance and repair activities
to analyze performance trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Client Interaction and Issue Resolution: Engage directly with clients to understand their concerns
and provide solutions, ensuring a smooth and effective communication flow.
• Equipment Installation Projects: Participate in the installation of equipment at client sites,
contributing to successful project execution and client satisfaction.
• Other Related Duties: Handle additional tasks as required to support overall operational efficiency
and client service.
• Skills & Experience Development in Singapore: Develop skills and experience by working in
Singapore, a casino powerhouse, during the early years of employment and providing services to
existing customers.
• International Career Path:Gain experience in Singapore and then travel to other parts of the world
where our clients are located or be posted as an expatriate to other countries to create greater
business value in the near future.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree: bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is prefered.
• Eligibility for Casino Licensing: Ability to obtain and maintain casino licenses from regulatory
authorities in multiple jurisdictions, including Singapore, in order to deliver technical services to
clients.
• Flexibility with Working Hours: Willingness to manage irregular working hours to support casino
operations, which run 24 hours a day.
• Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with international
stakeholders, including group companies in Japan, Macau, Australia, and the USA, as well as internal
manufacturing teams and regulatory bodies.
• Willingness to Travel Internationally: open to overseas business trips as part of the role.
