- Position Title: Service Engineer
- Working Location: Tuas (Transportation Provided)
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.15 am – 5.15 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $4,000 + AWS + Meal Allowance + Company Transportation/Transport Allowance + OT
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product delivery training for distributors and customers.
- Provide diagnosis guidance and analysis of fault found to Distributor / End-user, remotely via emails and/or calls.
- Carry out field services at sites in local and ASEAN countries.
- Furnish service report and recommendation of spare parts, assisting Parts team in locating correct spare parts from parts catalogue.
- Furnish Warranty claims and Quality report to drive quality improvement on our products.

- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or relevant studies.
- With at least 2 years of relevant working experience in construction machinery industry.
- Able to read and understand Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic schematic diagram.
- Process valid Class 3 Driving License.
- Comfortable with travelling internationally within Asia (Entitled to travelling allowance).
