We are currently looking for a Project Manager (Application and Product Management) to join our dynamic team!
Your role will include:
- You will collaborate with various project managers, solutions architect and infra engineers to deliver leading-edge digital solutions and services to meet the business requirements. You are constantly looking at new ways to apply digital technologies to meet business needs and can handle multiple projects concurrently
Key Responsibilities
- Actively define and analyse the agency’s business requirements.
- Engage relevant stakeholders and end-users to identify end-user requirements and specifications.
- Assist in the development of the business case and tender specifications.
- Evaluate and recommend solutions that best address the needs.
- Develop acceptance criteria with agency users to ensure reasonableness for the acceptance of work done.
- Review system testing, integration testing and data conversion documents to verify that specifications are met.
- Drive a smooth deployment, adoption and operations of the internet and mobile solution.
- Work with development team on the development of the application to understand and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Work with quality assurance team to provide inputs for the test plan.
- Undertake root cause analysis for problems to implement preventive and corrective measures to meet business and performance needs.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in project management, specifically within application and product management.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement in product performance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and familiarity with product management software.
- A relevant certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) will be an added advantage.
- Prior working experience in IT business analysis, application solutioning design and testing.
