The Associate Business Intelligence Director is responsible for collecting, aggregating, and reporting business investment data (client, supplier and Publicis product investment). The candidate will be successful and enjoy the role if they have an inquisitive problem-solving mind, excellent attention to detail, and can build strong working relationships with stakeholders. Publicis Media's reporting continually evolves and improves so there is significant creative scope to develop new skills and apply new tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing business investment data across a multi-market remit
- Ensuring that local market contacts deliver a range of reports on time and to a sufficient standard
- Using Alteryx to aggregate and clean data on a periodic basis
- Updating multiple PowerBI dashboards
- Responding to requests for data and inquiries into the figures from all areas of the business
- Excellent Excel skills
- Background in digital advertising with proven reporting experience
- A good understanding of all Agency media types and key suppliers
- An aptitude for learning to use reporting/dashboarding tools
