Job Description
- Provide necessary support for all human resource functions
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions
- Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence
- Schedule or conduct new employee orientations
- Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants
- Gather personnel records from other departments or employees
- Search employee files to obtain information for authorized persons and organizations, such as hospitals or ministries
- Handle all work pass application and renewal documentation and process
- Handle all workplace insurance and WICA-related documentation and process
- Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures
- Provide management with information or training related to interviewing, performance appraisals, counselling techniques, or documentation of performance issues
Requirements
- Possess minimally a diploma
- Appropriate certification in Human Resource, or at least 3 years of HR experience in the CMP industry
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Fluency in Bengali will be an added advantage
- Comfortable with communicating with migrant workers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and tach-savvy
- Well-organized and meticulous
