Job Responsibilities
- Provide necessary administrative support for all human resource functions
- Assist with sorting, scanning and filing of documents
- Maintain employee's personal files
- Prepare daily attendance report
- Track and maintain employees' medical leave records
- Assist with the preparation of documents/emails when requested
- Coordinate with dormitory operators for dormitory matters (check in/out, logistic arrangement, etc.)
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned
Requirements
- Possess minimally a diploma; or 2 years of fulltime working experience
- Good command of English; both written and spoken
- Being able to speak Bengali will be an added advantage
- Proficient with Microsoft Office especially in Excel
- Well-organized and meticulous
