Bachlors degree in IT or related.
Minimum 14 years of expereience in IT field and should come from development background.
7+ years of expereince as a project manager working for a IT solution company in Singapore.
Experience in application development and building large scale applications that are high performance, scalable, and resilient.
Must be a PMP certified.
Must have managed Singapore Government agencies' projects.
Participated in full software or product development cycles, preferably using Agile.
Create, prepare, and maintain project plans to estimate resources, plan, define goals, establish metrics, assess risks, develop cost plans, and provide stakeholder reports.
Lead project teams(Min. of 10 resources) to achieve business results and to meet customer requirements.
Leads meetings on project progress (e.g., issues, impacts, challenges, resolutions, action items, resources, deliverables, schedules, etc.) to achieve objectives on time and within budget.
