M&E and Plumbing Coordinator – Sunpeak Construction
Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented M&E and Plumbing Coordinator to manage, draft, and oversee the Mechanical, Electrical, Sanitary, and Plumbing aspects of our construction projects. This role involves working closely with consultants and subcontractors to ensure all M&E and plumbing works align with project specifications, drawings, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination of Drawings: Coordinate Mechanical and Electrical (M&E), Sanitary, and Plumbing drawings with consultants and subcontractors, ensuring alignment across all project stakeholders.
- Drafting Expertise: Prepare and draft M&E, Sanitary, and Plumbing drawings as required, maintaining a high level of accuracy and compliance.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all M&E, Plumbing, and Sanitary works are executed according to approved specifications, standards, and drawings, maintaining Sunpeak’s commitment to quality.
- Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with Licensed Electrical Workers (LEW) and other relevant authorities to ensure compliance with Singapore regulations and standards for M&E, Sanitary, and Plumbing works.
Skills & Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Strong command of English for effective communication with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of M&E, Sanitary, and Plumbing regulations and work procedures in Singapore.
- Independent Work: Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Drafting Skills: Proficient in drafting M&E, Sanitary, and Plumbing drawings, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
