We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant with in-depth knowledge of IT Operations Management (iTOM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to lead a high-impact migration project for a prominent corporate client based in Singapore. This role requires hands-on expertise in ServiceNow migration and working efficiently with team members and stakeholders in diverse geographical locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the migration of ServiceNow applications focusing on ITOM, ITSM, and CMDB modules, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Work closely with team members across different time zones, providing clear and timely communication to ensure project milestones are met.
- Leverage your ServiceNow expertise to customize and configure modules according to project needs, optimizing workflows and enhancing system functionality.
- Liaise with stakeholders from the corporate client to understand their requirements and provide insights to improve ServiceNow’s functionality for their needs.
- Create comprehensive project documentation and deliver end-user training to ensure a smooth transition and effective utilization of ServiceNow post-migration.
Qualifications:
- Degree in computer science or other related discipline
- Ideally more than 3 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant with expertise in iTOM, ITSM, and CMDB.
- Strong background in ServiceNow migration projects, preferably for large corporate clients.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with international team members and stakeholders.
- Experience with scripting, automation, and ServiceNow customization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
