Job Description:
- Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors.
- Performs administrative and office support activities.
- Assist with calculations of monthly workers' pay, allowances, OT etc.
- Submission of daily manpower report.
- Monitor daily attendance and leave record for Staffs and Workers.
- Handle administrative and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least "O" Level.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritizes work.
- Friendly can-do attitude.
- A team player who works well with others.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willing to work on Alternate Full Saturdays
