- Assisting with day to day operations of the Administrative functions and duties
- Compiling and updating of incoming and outgoing invoices & DO
- Scanning and filing of documents
- Proper outlet Sales and stocks recording
- Preparing invoices & DO
- Answering of phone calls
· Requirement:
· - Knowledge on using computer, basic Microsoft work and excel
· - Understand English
· Working Hour: Mon to Fri from 0900hrs - 1800hrs
