JOB DESCRIPTION for Admin Assistant

  • Assisting with day to day operations of the Administrative functions and duties
  • Compiling and updating of incoming and outgoing invoices & DO
  • Scanning and filing of documents
  • Proper outlet Sales and stocks recording
  • Preparing invoices & DO
  • Answering of phone calls

· Requirement:

· - Knowledge on using computer, basic Microsoft work and excel

· - Understand English

· Working Hour: Mon to Fri from 0900hrs - 1800hrs
