Service Delivery Manager (CyberSecurity)/ Customer Manager
Responsibilities:
- Strong in handling Service Delivery Management/ Customer Management
- Experience in providing Services and Solutions on CyberSecurity Management.
- Technically inclined in handling Service Delivery and supporting Customer Management.
- Manage the performance of services and ensure that Service Levels are met.
- Engaging the customer and/or vendors to ensure the smooth delivery of services when required
- Communicate and liasing with clients, stakeholders and vendors.
- Provide consultation and advisory on CyberSecurity Solutions.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated strong experience in handling Service Delivery Management/ Customer Management.
- Experience in providing CyberSecurity Services and Solutions to customers.
- Strong knowledge of CyberSecurity.
- Relevant Cybersecurity Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, GCIH, GNFA, CCSK, CRIST will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with Kill Chain methodology, MITRE Att&ck, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001 and etc.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success roles or experience in a cybersecurity operation center
- Good in Service Delivery and Customer Management.
- Experience in handling Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Possess Government or System Integrator Consulting domain.
- Experience with contract and vendor management.
- Possess Diploma or Degree in relevant field.
