This role is responsible for providing support to the reporting manager in the development of workforce solutions and workforce solution products for our clients. Specifically, this will include working with country stakeholders to design and price complex workforce solutions. This includes working on sales opportunities but also best practice initiatives to improve and enhance capability within the region.
In addition to working on specific sales opportunities, the role develops comapny product offerings, and solution-related sales collateral. This involves customer research, competitor research, partner research, product builds (in collaboration with relevant stakeholders), case study or reference searches, white paper searches, and tailoring of sales collateral.
Experience/Qualifications:
Essential:
- Sound technical skills and relevant experience
- Prior experience in a pre-sales, business analyst role and/or good analytical skills
- Experience working in a products/service solution focussed business
- Ability to work under tight timelines in a demanding environment
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse and reengineer business processes
- Possess a commercially-focused outlook including understand complex commercial models and P&Ls
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Capability with Microsoft Office Product including advanced Excel Skills.
Desired:
- Prior experience designing and undertaking consulting engagements for clients
- Demonstrated understanding of various HR solutions technologies
