Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationship on a Global basis and will act as the key escalation point globally for all product programs, projects, and operational performance issues.
- Facilitate collaborative communication between all functional areas within a location / business group/vertically integrated organization.
- Facilitate external two-way communication between Customer and Flex Sites.
- Manage the process to ensure Customers expectations are clearly defined, understood, and communicated across the appropriate Flex Organizations
- Work with Operations globally to ensure the appropriate Project Managers and project resources are assigned to all customer projects
- Accountable for supporting the performance of Project team(s) and Project manager(s)
- Provide the necessary leadership and support to Project Managers to manage projects in line with project management processes and associated policies and procedures.
- Ensure collaborative cross-functional project team participation to effectively initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control all phases of a project or subproject to ensure work efforts are executed on time, within budget, and according to stated requirements reliably and repeatedly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Sciences or Business; MBA is preferred.
- Typically requires 10 years of progressively advancing account management and/or business development experience.
- Demonstrated experience in working within cloud, enterprise, compute customers as a Program Manager or Global Program Manager.
- Experience building relationships while working directly with customers.
- Experience managing a local team and Experience with Finance/Quoting.
- Ability to Travel & Work non-traditional hours.
