Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating selection.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations to ensure smooth onboarding and integration.

- Assist employees with performance appraisals and provide guidance on employee benefits packages.
- Supervise employee recruitment, meetings, and terminations.
- Managing employee training and development programs.
- Handling employee complaints and grievances
- Processing incoming mail
- Assist in HR administrative tasks, such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee documentation.
- Assist in develop, create, and publish high-quality, engaging content (images, videos, graphics, etc.) for various e-marketplaces and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Xiao Hong Shu and TikTok etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute content strategies, promotional events, and product launches.
- Ad hoc duties assigned by Director
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Proven work experience in Recuitments. Human Resources role and live stream
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
