Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical training programs for nursing students and new nurses.
- Provide guidance and support to newly hired nurses during their orientation period.
- Assist to develop training materials and lesson curriculum.
- Ensure that all educational activities comply with the healthcare facility’s policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with Nurse Managers / Clinicians on staff development, clinical-based in-service and continuing education.
- Provide constructive feedback and recommend additional training or support if needed.
Requirement:
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
- Bachelor of Degree in Nursing OR Advanced Diploma in Nursing (Orthopaedic, Oncology or Medical Surgical)
- Must have minimum 5 years of clinical experience
