Job Description
•Assist the PM in taking over project awarded via kick-off meetings,
•Organize resources and work out the allocation of tasks to work teams and sub-contractors,
•Assist the PM with on and off site meetings pertaining to technical issues,
•Ensuring that project management tools are updated daily and documentation properly done,
•Inspect all installations and carry out inspections with Clients and Consultant's representatives,
•Conduct Testing and Commissioning (T&C) and preparing T&C reports,
•Design corrective actions to mitigate scope ad schedule creeps, and
•Assist the PM in demobilizing and handling over of projects to customer.
•Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
•Preferably with Degree in M&E Coordination / Building Services Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical;
• Candidates without the necessary academic qualification will also be considered based on project references;
•Preferably with 5 years' experience in the construction of M&E or ACMV projects.;
• Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project, Autocad.;
