Our client is looking for a motivated Insurance Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting and selling General Insurance products over the phone. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet sales targets effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Deliver sales targets and achieve campaign KPIs encompassing sales targets, call quality, and operational standards.
• Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products, demonstrating clear product knowledge and providing references to both existing and prospective customers.
• Identify and seize opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional insurance products during customer interactions.
• Convert leads provided by the company into sales through effective telemarketing strategies and activities.
• Ensure all call activities adhere fully to regulatory requirements and Quality Assurance standards.
• Update and maintain accurate customer information in the company database to facilitate effective sales and customer service processes.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
• GCE O' level preferably with professional insurance qualification.
• Certificate in General Insurance (BCP/PGI).
Experience
• Experience in telesales
• Good product knowledge of General Insurance (Car Insurance, Personal Accident, Health)
• Knowledge of telesales operation
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle challenging situations with maturity and confidence.
• Resilient and motivated to overcome objections and handle rejections effectively.
