Job Description
- Stakeholder Engagement: Oversee stakeholder collaboration to ensure timely completion of activities and requirements.
- Promote Accountability: Foster a culture of accountability and value-based performance across the organization.
- Senior Management Involvement: Secure support from senior management to implement identified solutions effectively.
- WSH Compliance: Ensure the department adheres to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and practices.
- Adopt Latest Technology: Stay updated on technology trends and explore their application to enhance logistics operations.
- Key Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular stakeholder communication.
- Transportation Oversight: Coordinate transportation operations, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
- Warehouse Performance: Drive warehouse performance using quality management principles to meet operational goals.
Job Requirement:
- Skills Advantage: Customer Management and Contingency Management skills are an added advantage.
- Key Traits: Collaboration, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented approach are essential qualities.
- Qualifications: Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution in a relevant field.
- Experience: Preferably 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
