Senior/Architectural Coordinator (A1 main con, building/MRT)
Our client is a prominent A1 main contractor in the construction industry with a strong portfolio of MRT and building projects, spanning mixed-use developments, residential and commercial sectors. They’re now looking for Senior/Architectural Coordinators to join their dynamic teams for their iconic projects during an exciting time in their development.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the architectural aspects of a project from design development to construction completion.
- Work with the project team to develop and maintain timelines for project completion.
- Conduct and participate in site visits to monitor construction progress, address design-related issues, and ensure that the project is built according to plans and specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and supervision to junior architects and CAD technicians
- Identify and resolve design conflicts or discrepancies in construction drawings and work closely with the construction team
- Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations.
Requirements
- Degree/diploma in Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design and coordination
