Our Client is a leading leader in the banking / service industry and is looking for dynamic individuals to be a part of their team!
Job Duties:
- Greet walk-in customers & direct them to respective department
- Handling all telephone calls and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Registering of visitor and attending to their enquiries
- Housekeeping of reception and meeting areas
- Sorting and distributing of incoming mails
- Arranging for outgoing couriers
- Stock taking and order of pantry supplies
- Maintaining inventory and requisition of pantry supplies
- Observe and reporting of faulty meeting rooms equipment and furniture
- Ensure flower arrangements and plant landscape are promptly replace and maintain
- Liaising with building management office or vendors
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min 1 year of relevant working experience or customer facing/handling experience
- Min GCE "O" level and above
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information:
- Working Location: Raffles Place MRT
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 830am to 6pm
