Our client is a leading leader in the shopping / properties industry and is looking for dynamic individuals to be a part of their team
Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient responses to shoppers or tenants via incoming calls or in-person at the concierge
- Offer clear and helpful directional assistance to shoppers
- Handle all gift voucher redemption processes
- Ensure accurate inventories and tally counter stocks in CRM system
- Track all lost and found items reported and facilitate return to rightful owners
- Administer written and verbal feedback received
- Address customer’s concerns
- Collaborate with service team on facilities maintenance
- Perform roving duties within mall to assist shoppers or tenants
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Min 1 year of customer service experience
- Min GCE “O” Levels and above
- Comfortable interacting with customers face to face
- Able to commit to weekends and rotating shifts
Additional Information
- Any 5 days from Mondays to Sundays
- 11:15am to 9pm
- Able to start immediately
